Estudio El Rito
Built in 1912 as a general mercantile store, Martin's has been a gathering place in the village of El Rito, New Mexico for several generations that have grown up with its facade marking the "center" of town. I have maintained the look that has been around for over a hundred years. My studio and living quarters are inside.

El Rito Studio Tour
I have been extremely fortunate to have experienced many different and exciting things during my life. -Raised cattle in Oregon. -Traveled in the US, Europe and Asia. -Built and lived aboard sailboats. -Directed and produced films and commercials. -Raced formula cars in road races. -Worked in a plywood mill.
-Went to Art Center School. -Built and work in an art studio made of mud. -Shown Quarter Horses in cattle cutting events. -Been tattooed in Bali. -Worked as an advertising art director. -Been blessed with three wonderful sons. I hope to joyfully continue gaining more life experience by working with all the enthusiasm I have been granted.
